01Introduction

Welcome to E4T (www.e4tonline.com). By using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. E4T may update these terms at any time; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updates.

02Nature of the platform

E4T is an advertising platform that publishes offers, discounts and coupons submitted by independent merchants and advertisers. E4T’s role is to provide the marketplace and connect users with merchants. E4T is not a party to any transaction between a user and a merchant.

03Advertiser responsibility

The advertiser (merchant/company) is solely and directly responsible for every offer, advertisement, price, image and description it publishes on the platform, including:

• Accuracy of offer details (price before/after, validity, availability, quantity).
• Quality of the advertised product or service and conformity with the stated specifications.
• Compliance with Saudi Arabia’s applicable regulations (e-commerce law, anti-commercial-concealment law, consumer protection, VAT).
• Fulfilling orders received via WhatsApp or any other channel provided by the advertiser.
• Handling complaints, returns and exchanges per the advertiser’s published policy.
• Obtaining any required licenses or government approvals for their activity.
• Ensuring published content does not infringe third-party intellectual-property or trademark rights.

04Platform disclaimer

E4T bears no direct or indirect liability related to:

• The accuracy of offers or their conformity with reality.
• The quality of products or services provided by advertisers.
• Any financial or legal dispute between a user and an advertiser.
• Any losses or damages resulting from the use of the published offers.
• Delay or failure of an advertiser in fulfilling orders.

05User rights

Before finalizing an order, the user should verify the offer details directly with the advertiser, retain any proof of communication or payment, and confirm the advertiser’s return/refund policy. In case of a complaint, the user may contact the platform to relay the complaint to the advertiser.

06Subscriptions and packages

E4T provides merchants with a free trial for one month, after which a paid package is required to continue publishing offers. Subscriptions are non-refundable once used. Packages are not auto-renewed without explicit advertiser consent.

07Review and approval

E4T reserves the right to review any company account before activating offer publishing, and may reject, suspend or delete any account or offer that violates these terms or Saudi regulations.

08Privacy and data protection

Your data (email, phone, location when permitted) is collected only to operate the service. Your data is not sold to third parties. Aggregated anonymous data may be used to improve the platform.

09Acceptable use

Users and advertisers are prohibited from: publishing content contrary to Islamic law or public decency, impersonating a business they do not own, posting misleading or fraudulent information, or attempting to hack or harm the platform.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be referred to the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom.
